The end of June we enjoyed some time at Rapid River Days in Sauk Rapids. It has become an annual tradition. For one weekend, they turn a park down by the river in Sauk Rapids into a mini fair. They have cheese curds, mini donuts, hot dogs, lemonade and other fair food to pig out on. The girls enjoy playing on giant inflatables and getting their faces painted. We watched a strong man competition, each of the girls took turns in a dunk tank (for some reason they had a blast getting dunked and getting soaking wet), water balloon wars, and even got to ride a camel. Taya and Chloe also love playing at the park and enjoy the splash pad downtown St. Cloud by Lake George.
